5 x Week Baby Massage Course

These Rolling Drop In Classes are fantastic for parents completely new to Baby Massage, or as a follow on from attending a Baby Massage Course to advance your skills. Pre-booking is great for me so I can have an idea of numbers, but you can also rock up on the morning if you're more of a 'last minute' person! x

Each week we focus on how we can relieve common childhood ailments through Massage, Reflexology and Baby Yoga.

Thursdays 10:15 - 11:15am: At The Loft, above Little Dippers, Upper Gardener Street, Brighton.

Week 1: Reflexology (June 6th/Aug 8th/Sept 12th)
Week 2: Calming Soothing Sleep (June 13th/Aug 15th/Sept 19th)
Week 3: Happy Tummies (June 20th/Aug 22nd/Sept 26th)
Week 4: Colds and Teething (June 27th/Aug 29th/Oct 3rd)
Week 5: Stretching and Movement (July 4th/Sept 5th/Oct 10th)

Suitable for babies between 6 weeks and 6 months.

Lucy's Angels Baby Massage

Lucy's Angels offers a 5 x Week Baby Massage Course on a Tuesday and a Rolling Advanced Baby Massage Class on a Thursday.

Lucy's Baby Massage Course delivers a rich and nourishing experience for you and baby, blending massage strokes, reflexology and movement to treat your baby to a full body massage.

Suitable from around 6 weeks to 6 months (by the time the course has finished) baby must be non mobile for this course.

Each week we gradually build upon the strokes until you have a lovely routine to practice at home. Baby is introduced gently and mindfully to the new experience, and you have the opportunity to absorb it all at an easy pace.

Classes are very informal where you can connect with other like-minded parents and carers and feel supported.

The price of the course includes a Massage Guide and Oil.
Weekly videos are emailed to help you practice at home.
Missed classes can be made up on other courses.

The Advanced Baby Massage Drop In runs in 5 x Week blocks, each week is focused on a common childhood ailment and how to relieve and soothe with Massage, Reflexology and Baby Yoga:

Week 1: Reflexology
Week 2: Calming and Soothing for Sleep
Week 3: Happy Tummies
Week 4: Teething and Colds
Week 5: Stretching and Movement
