As a baby massage instructor in training, i will be hosting a 4 week baby massage course that will benefit you both. (No fees apply) 
The course is done as part of my qualification (practical assessment already completed, in exchange for your feedback at the end.
Session time: 45 mins 

Pilates is a great way to get your body moving after birth, with low resistance body weight exercises it is suitable no matter of your pre-birth fitness level.

Helping you rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength whilst improving your posture and how you breathe

For A Better You offers mum's the opportunity to get back into shape after children through Pilates.
So why not come along and work on your core strength, pelvic floor, posture and body awareness whilst helping to eliminate back pain and tension.
The great thing is, you can bring your baby along to the classes with you as long as they are under 1.
