Working through various massage techniques that may include gentle strokes, kneading and passive joint mobilisation across your baby's arms, legs, back, tummy, chest and face.
More than a technique, baby massage is a communication tool. It allows parents to tune into your baby's needs, respond sensitively to cues, and provide reassurance through the power of loving touch.
