Fit4birth is a pregnancy class devoted to pregnant ladies and their bumps! Take time and fully indulge in a prenatal only class, meet other pregnant ladies and enjoy some movement at the same time!
Taught in small classes, enjoy 40 minutes of exercise suitable for pregnancy. We work on mobility movements, posture, back release and pelvic floor as well as bodyweight exercises, cardio and strengthening. Each week is different and can be adapted for those within the class. One week we may concentrate on toning and strength work, another week flexibility and mat based work.
