We are specialists in pre and postnatal health and fitness. We run a wide range of community based classes to encourage mums and their children to be fit and healthy. Run by tip top experts who are all mums themselves. We teach baby massage, hypnobirthing, buggyfit, pilates and hiit classes as well as personal training, pelvic floor recovery and 'restore your core' classes to help with those abs. Everything we do is driven by our clients and babies, tots and children are all welcome!
