Inspired by Sufi mystic and nomad Rumi, and the mesmerising whirling dervishes, evim [my home] is a magical and interactive performance for children aged 2 - 7 and their families.

Follow three wanderers as they search for belonging… in places, with people, or in a feeling… Twirl, whirl and play as the performers take you on a spellbinding journey to find a place to call home.

Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s beloved Tales from Acorn Wood stories are brought to life on stage for the first time in an enchanting lift-the-flap experience.

Poor old Fox has lost his socks! Are they in the kitchen or inside the clock? And Rat-a-tat-tat! Who’s that keeping tired Rabbit awake? You can also join in with Pig and Hen’s game of hide-and-seek and discover the special surprise Postman Bear is planning for his friends.

Packed full of toe-tapping songs, puppetry, and all the friends from Acorn Wood, this beautiful show from the team that brought you Dear Zoo Live and Dear Santa promises to be the perfect treat for children of all ages.

Become game developers for a day by using a physical and virtual platform to create video games based on your own ideas!

When students build games, they become the writers, artists, designers, and developers of their own interactive stories.

It all starts with an idea. We provide resources that encourage collaboration while guiding students through a design thinking process. Students create their own 13-bit layouts, characters, and art for their game.

Camp cost includes a lunchbox from artsdepot Café containing a sandwich (ham or cheese) and a selection of snacks.

Camp Innovate: Game Design

Designed for kids aged 4 – 10, these action-packed camps combine yoga practice inspired by stories, movement, music, and mindfulness with structured art activities based on artists and art movements. Add in games, crafts, creative play, and free time, and every day is full of fun and inspiration.

And here’s the magic for parents… while your kids are busy exploring, creating, and moving, you can enjoy the day in our café with free WiFi, plenty of sockets, quiet spaces, and good coffee.

Two inspiring days where creativity and movement come together to explore the magic of the natural world. Children will design and paint their own fantasy landscapes, experiment with bold, fiery paints and watercolours to create dynamic works of art.

Camp Create: Yoga & Art

Our Character Ballet Camp invites children aged 7 – 9 to explore the world of classical ballet characters, from graceful princesses to daring heroes. Through music, storytelling, and movement, young dancers will grow in confidence, coordination, and creativity as they bring characters to life.

Led by friendly professional dancers, the camp is all about having fun, expressing yourself, and sharing the joy of dance.

No prior dance experience is necessary – this camp is open to all kids who love to dance, whether they’ve taken classes before or just enjoy twirling at home.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes they can move easily in – leggings, T-shirts, or dancewear are perfect — and soft ballet shoes or bare feet.

A free packed lunch is included.
