Hello, Unique Pilates classes are based in North London - Barnet and Hadley Wood, EN5 and EN4. Sessions are safe and specially designed for Pregnancy, Post-pregnancy and for any Back Pain or rehabilitation after injury. The small class set up ensures individual attention and promotes health, fitness. Our primary aim is to re-educate and raise awareness of posture and empower special muscle groups. As you may know, Pilates brilliantly helps with Pregnancy or non-Pregnancy related Back Ache, Pelvic Discomfort, Postural changes. It also helps to recover from birth and losing the baby weight.

Noemi is teaching Pre- & Postnatal Mummy & Baby and Rehab Pilates in North London, Barnet. She has studied to deliver exercises safely for pregnant and postnatal ladies while she was pregnant, which is later encouraged her to set up small classes to share her knowledge and the positive impact of Pilates during and after pregnancy. She is trained at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and became a fully certified since 2011. She teaches the following: -Ante & Postnatal Pilates -Pilates and Small Equipments -Pilates for Kids -Pilates and Neurology -Stretch therapy for Pilates
