A Fun and interactive Mummy and Baby Fitness dance class where mums connect through the joy of dance, bond with our babies, and share an adult activity.
There’s a soft play area provided for more mobile babies and toddlers to play in should they prefer.
There’s a monthly wellness draw sponsored by some local businesses for class members and a monthly fundraiser for different charities giving us the opportunity to give back.
