Yogi Family offers bespoke postnatal yoga classes for mums whilst little ones enjoy social playtime.
Classes are specially designed for a good recovery from pregnancy and developing an overall improved level of fitness. We focus on correcting; diastasis recti, back / shoulder tightness, etc.
Relax, stretch and breathe whilst being there for your little one.
Classes are laid back, baby-led and breastfeeding friendly. We provide a safe and compassionate environment for you and your little one, setting you both up for a good day and a good nap for baby.
