Amazing yoga classes for children 2-11 years. Yoga is so much fun and kids I teach love every minute of it. They learn stretching their bodies through yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation all through fun classes packed with stories games and songs. Children who practice yoga sleep better, stay focus longer, learn how to be in the moment, gain confidence, learn love, gratitude and compassion for others and enjoy having fun with their friends. yoga is truly the best foundation you can give to your child at the early stage of her lives.
