I can highly recommend Natalie’s baby yoga classes. She instantly makes you feel very welcome and really relaxed. At the start of the class she asks how you are and if you have any health issues that week. It’s nice to go to a class where you can discuss your health a little. Most baby classes focus entirely on baby. This class is a lovely way to connect and bond with your baby 1:1 and meet new friends. She gives you some lovely ideas for things to try at home. It doesn’t matter if baby is mobile or not. She will always find a way to accommodate. My daughter would cry quite a bit during the session at first but Natalie gave me tips on how to soothe her, that actually worked! It was worth going just for those invaluable bits of information! Throughout the classes Natalie shares her wealth of knowledge in this area, which is fascinating in itself. You might feel like you want to take notes! Thanks Natalie, for giving us a great start!
