With so many physical and mental health benefits to yoga, our aim is to get people breathing, moving and Yogarising. Yoga makes you feel good (officially) and we want to share that with as many people as poss! So, whether you’re a complete beginner or a master yogi, grab a mat and come and join us. We are all about creating a community at Yogarise, and believe that a good support network during and after pregnancy is especially important. We have several Post Natal, Pregnancy and Baby & Me classes, as well as special workshops dedicated to our mamas.

Laurella’s aim is to leave her students feeling lighter in their hearts, more spacious bodies and more connected to the things that really matter. She has been practicing Yoga since 1999 and the journey has been a rich and fruitful one. Starting with Ed Clarke of Tripsichore, evolving through Jivamukti and then falling in love with Prana Vinyasa, the flow of Shiva Rea. Completing over 500hrs of training.
In 2002, whilst pregnant with her first child, Orishemma reluctantly participated in a pregnancy yoga class – that spurred her to train with the world-renowned Francoise Barbira Freedman, founder of Birthlight, in 2005. Since then, Orishemma has passionately continued her perinatal yoga training and expanded to children’s, teens and family yoga along with nurturing baby massage. As a mother of 3 children and a certified doula, she is in her last year of midwifery training at The University of West London. Her vision is to make perinatal yoga more accessible throughout the NHS.
Toni trained to teach yoga in 2012. In the last few years she has studied extensively with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli – Toni is passionate about sharing the transformative, nurturing effects that prenatal, postnatal and family yoga can provide. After having her son Xander in December 2016, Toni is enjoying teaching postnatal, mum and baby, baby yoga and HIIT circuit classes with him. Toni is keen to maintain a balanced and open attitude to her practice and teaching to create space for her students to engage in a playful and joyful exploration of this ancient practice.
