With so many physical and mental health benefits to yoga, our aim is to get people breathing, moving and Yogarising. Yoga makes you feel good (officially) and we want to share that with as many people as poss! So, whether you’re a complete beginner or a master yogi, grab a mat and come and join us.
We are all about creating a community at Yogarise, and believe that a good support network during and after pregnancy is especially important. We have several Post Natal, Pregnancy and Baby & Me classes, as well as special workshops dedicated to our mamas.

The instructor Toni is fab! So friendly and good vibes all around. Remembered me from the past classes too 😊. The lady at the front desk wasn’t too friendly though when she found out I booked on hoop vs thru Yogarise directly. Something to consider.
