Our Mummy and Me classes are open to Mums (daddy’s welcome too!) with babies from 6 weeks up to crawling. A welcoming space for all where new mums can feel part of a community as well as having the opportunity to get back into their bodies after giving birth. We will use the yoga poses to stretch and strengthen your body as well as incorporating the breath for relaxation.
