Yoga for you, focusing on the BAPs (back, abs and pelvic floor) to leave you feeling strong and glowing. Yoga for Baby, developing their co ordination and senses, whilst supporting emotional wellbeing. Learn lovely stretches to ease those common babyhood ailments such as constipation or colic, with songs to develop communication. We finish with a little relaxation together, as well as tea, yummy treats and a good old chat too!
