Our classes involve yoga for mum, yoga for baby and some lovely relaxation together. All postures can be practiced with or without your baby, depending on how you
prefer to focus. A typical session includes baby stretches to take small bodies through a full range of movement; breathing and focused yoga postures for the mums, and postures-for-two to give mums and babies new ways to relate to each other. For mummies, we focus on gently working the abdominal muscles, slowly getting mummy back to pre-baby shape and helping to build strength, stamina and fitness.

Me and my little boy love attending Mum and Baby yoga. It’s a lovely hour spent focusing on myself and bonding with my boy! Triona is amazing and I would suggest to all mummies to try her classes. She is very kind and always available for chatting and giving advices.
An absolutely wonderful, anything goes class. Tríona is so calm and clearly a pro at yoga, she’s great at focusing on the babies and making them part of the class whilst making sure we all feel relaxed by the end of the hour. It doesn’t matter if you have zero yoga experience (like me) or you’ve been doing it for years, everyone is welcomed. We love our Thursday mornings.
A wonderful class for mummy and baby. My son and I did 2 terms. A bit of shaping up for me and some fun songs for him. Triona is a lovely teacher. Very relaxed and patient. The vibe is chilled so screaming, feeding babies are all part of it and no one feels embarrassed. I would highly recommend.
