YogaBellies offer relaxing and rejuvenating sessions especially designed for post partum mummies and their new babies. We use our proven YogaBellies therapies, with a unique twist on authentic yogic techniques, to guide you help you adjust and grow as a mother. We offer class and water based sessions where baby is never left to one side and is integral part of your sessions and your new life as a mother.
Our Post natal classes last around an hour and involve learning techniques and strokes to aid growth, soothing and bonding for you and baby.

I thoroughly enjoyed the mum and baby classes , I felt so relaxed and was always put at ease by Nadia, ensuring that I take it in my own pace and to tend to baby first whatever I.e feeding etc Nadia is lovely and friendly. Would rate this class to any new mums with small babies

This is by far my favourite thing to do while I was pregnant and now with my baby girl, who also enjoys it. Pregnancy yoga really helped me prepare for the birth as well as giving me some well needed me time. Now baby yoga is so nice to spend time bonding with my daughter. The sessions are relaxed and friendly and you don’t have to be a yoga expert as I’m far from it but I always come away feeling amazing after. Highly recommend joining.
