Hi my name is Laura. I am Yoga instructor and hypnobirthing teacher based in Wandsworth. I teach pre and post natal yoga. Bring a Baby Yoga is a chance to work on building back up strength and mobility in the whole body. Particular attention is paid to strengthening the ‘core’ and releasing tension around the hips, back and shoulders. We also work with breathing techniques to help us feel more relaxed with some quiet time to rest and bond with your baby. We have a range of ages - babies that lie on their backs to those that are just walking. All are welcome once mum has had ok to exercise
