Hana's postnatal classes provide a safe space for Mamas to relax, renew and take some time for much needed self care. The classes are designed to nourish, restore and strengthen the body and mind after having a baby. The class also includes postnatal yoga sequence for babies that promotes bonding and having fun while doing yoga poses and soft massage together. The class will always end with restful relaxation to restore your nervous system and leave you recharged and renewed for the week ahead.
The classes are intended for women and their babies who are 6 weeks postpartum.

Loved this class and so good to be able to do some yoga for myself as well as bonding with my little one. We do the baby exercises at home too & they’re fun for us both. Hana was flexible and understanding - nappy changes, feeds, cuddles and cries were all ok so I didn’t feel self conscious at all.
A worthwhile yoga class for mums- actually feel like I worked my body in a wonderful and gentle way. The baby loved her yoga too and slept like an angel for the rest of the day and night!
