I offer Yoga classes for expectant and new Mums & their Babies. These sessions are designed to help you connect and focus on yourself and your baby, preparing you for the next chapter in your life while having fun bonding with your little one whether they are still little bum or a newly born bundle of joy. It’s absolutely fine if you haven’t done any yoga before. You’ll always receive gentle guidance on a healthy and safe way to practice yoga, in a friendly, calming environment where you’ll meet new people having the same or similar experiences as you.
