Yoga is for everybody, children as well.
Through dynamic approach, children become aware of their bodies, their potentialities, become more conscious of themselves building their personality and self-esteem.
Children are engaged with props and books where they will travel to fantastic worlds and will explore yoga poses (asanas) and breathing exercises.
Children learn to respect own space, improve the level of attention listening to stories and building the story line and create new friendships
Breathing improves the concentration.
The classes are suitable for children from 2 and 6 years old.
