World Eagle Claw Association run classes in traditional 'Eagle Claw'-style Kung Fu in Aldershot, Camberley, Farnborough, Fleet, and Frimley. Kung Fu is not just a fighting style. It also encompasses self defence, mental and physical health and wellbeing, self discipline, endurance, balance, and confidence. Children's classes start from age 6, and kids as young as 5 can join in with the family classes. The children's classes run the same syllabus and requirements as the adults classes, but are presented in a more youth-friendly manner and environment.
