Women Work Out specialises in women only personal training in South London. Classes include Mums & Buggies, a post natal specific exercise class and Ladies Who Lunge, an exercise class suitable for all women who want to improve their fitness and feel better no matter what their starting level. Classes in Kennington are outdoors whilst classes in Bermondsey, during the winter are indoors. One to one sessions are also offered.
Activities for Parents
Alice’s class has been the highlight of my week for 3 years. She has guided me back into a fitness after two c-sections. She advised me on when to start strengthening my core after I experienced Diastasis Recti (Abdominal Muscle Separation). I feel that she gave me such personal support and encouragement during this period of intense physical recovery. I always feel energised and empowered after each class. I highly recommend!!
Alice’s classes are fantastic, a lovely relaxed and manageable return to exercise and a super friendly and supportive atmosphere. I attended when on maternity leave with my first child and then again more recently when I had my second. Alice really helped me rebuild my core strength and I am still in touch with many of the other mums I met through this class.

Alice is the founder of Women Work Out and is passionate about women's health and fitness. She's particularly passionate about helping new mums feel strong again after having their baby or babies and that led to the creation Mums & Buggies.
