Pregnant - a combination of strength and cardio suitable for the pregnant body - a perfect way to stay active and fit during pregnancy. For 12 weeks till 41 weeks.
Postnatal - starting with recovery exercises to re-strengthening your body that are built up to gain your pre-pregnancy fitness level and you are ready to join a Hiit session. From 6 weeks after birth onwards
