The only public museum devoted to the life and legacy of William: designer, craftsman, socialist. The William Morris Gallery is housed in a Georgian house, built in the 1740s and set in Lloyd Park in Walthamstow, in north-east London. The grade II* listed building was Morris's family home from 1848 to 1856.
In addition to its permanent and temporary exhibitions, the Gallery hosts a range of events and activities, including monthly Family Days and Creative Kids workshops.
