Giving everybody the space to re-connect and learn valuable skills, you can take with you throughout your daily life. Each class: * Develops their language and social skills * Builds their strength and flexibility * Provides them with emotional regulation tools * Increases their body awareness, balance, and coordination *fits in with EYFS Support a child’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual development, while growing a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around.

Hi I'm Georgia, Yoga has been a long standing passion of mine, it has helped me through many challenges in my life, such as dyslexia. Since 2014 I have been a Reiki practitioner, among many other healing energy systems, I hope to merge all that I have learnt to share with children and their parents, so we can be a supportive net, growing a mindful community and also having fun.
