Well Balanced Kids runs yoga & mindfulness sessions for kids aged 5-12.
Through praticing yoga postures, mindfulness & meditation exercises & playing games, children improve their health & wellbeing whilst having fun.
Through these sessions kids learn to:
• Increase their focus and concentration
• Better manage stress and anxiety
• Be sensitive to their body’s needs
• Learn to empathise - understanding how their actions impact on others
• Reenergise and relax.
