Warrior Fitness London is a small group fitness and personal training studio offering daytime baby-friendly classes for "Warrior Mammas". Our classes allows you to exercise with baby in a friendly atmosphere with great tunes. Work hard and have fun.
The instructor held one mums baby the entire time - despite seeing I was struggling for 80% of the class as my little one was fussy. The instructor tried to modify the workout for me but took away from the core- specific workout I came here for. I mentioned to the instructor that she should really have 1 more person to help hold the babies. She offered to try holding both babies but I didn’t find this safe or satisfactory. Please be considerate and take turns holding other children so other mums can get something out of this workout.
The mum and baby classes are brilliant! You work your butt off while having fun in a really friendly environment. My little girl can be super fussy at times but Nicola (the instructor) always helps when she can by holding her or distracting her so that I can do the exercises.
I can’t thank Nicola enough she has transformed my body in a short space of time and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Her classes are fun, upbeat and varied and she is great at motivating you. She helps when the babies need attention to allow you to keep working out. I’ve given 5 stars because she’s a 5 star lady xx
