Vital Cores offers classes in Baby Yoga and Kids Yoga. Baby yoga involves stretching and moving baby, with a few yoga inspired stretches for parents. Kids yoga uses games, props, music, story-telling and more to introduce yoga poses and breathing techniques.

A certified instructor for Baby Massage and Baby Yoga, Toddler Yoga and Children's yoga. She started Vital Cores in September 2017 and has been teaching since then. She loves working with parents and seeing the babies grow and develop. She has been practicing yoga for 4 years and is passionate about the health benefits and sharing these with young children, equipping them with life long skills to help manage stress and anxiety.
