I offer personalised training to help women feel fit, healthy, strong and body confident. I specialises in pre and post natal fitness helping women through the changes pregnancy creates in the body. Exercise and understanding their bodies can help ease some of the challenges.
This can be done through 1-2-1 or small group training sessions where I can also help supervise the little ones if needed.
I also run a baby friendly fitness class for post and pre natal women.
It's about working from a positive mindset, accepting our bodies for what they can do and loving them for that.
