Unite Martial Arts Academy Formby offers martial arts training to children from age 3, and teaches WTF-style Taekwondo to children from age 7. The Academy offers holiday courses and regular classes. The training teaches younger children confidence and discipline in a social environment, while older students can perfect realistic self-defence techniques, get fit, and work towards competitions and grades.
