For postpartum mummies & babies from birth. Enjoy a baby play session & meet new mummy friends whilst learning fitness tips to help your postpartum body back to fitness. Classes teach basic weightlifting compound lifts using free weights & abdominal training to correct diasis recti & re strengthen core muscles. Fun, relaxed atmosphere, workout to your own pace & ability, with constant support. Tea & coffee included after the session. Ran by myself, mummy to a six month old, qualified in nutrition & weight management & advanced gym instructing.
