For postpartum mummies & babies from birth. Enjoy a baby play session & meet new mummy friends whilst learning fitness tips to help your postpartum body back to fitness. Classes teach basic weightlifting compound lifts using free weights & abdominal training to correct diasis recti & re strengthen core muscles. Fun, relaxed atmosphere, workout to your own pace & ability, with constant support. Tea & coffee included after the session. Ran by myself, mummy to a six month old, qualified in nutrition & weight management & advanced gym instructing.

Hi! My mummy and baby fitness classes are ran by myself Katie, mummy to a six month old! I am qualified to teach advanced nutrition & weight management & write client nutrition & fitness programs. I am an advanced gym instructor as well as a special educational needs teacher. Within my classes I teach the basics of weightlifting using free weights, as well as incorporating core muscle work into sessions which helps postpartum mummies heal their abs. Build your gym & body confidence in my private, small group classes. 1-1 coaching also offered. Please feel free to ask any questions!
