Train Hard Parkour

Train Hard Parkour is a community-based Parkour & Freerunning coaching organisation aiming to spread the practise of Parkour in a positive light. We run coached classes for almost all ages and abilities. We are passionate about getting children and adults moving better!

Parkour Youth (Ages 14-17)

Parkour for people aged 14-17. This class takes young people through various techniques to overcome obstacles and to move around safely. Sessions run on Tuesdays and Saturdays!

Tiny Traceurs (Ages 3-6)

Involves running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and vaulting for little ones Ages 3-6 years old. These classes teach young children how to move over obstacles safely, whilst building correct motor patterns and developing coordination and strength as well as building confidence and self-esteem.

Parkour Juniors (Ages 6-10)

Parkour for children aged 6-10. This class teaches children how to overcome obstacles using various techniques in a safe and fun way! Sessions run on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays!

Parkour for children aged 10-14. This class teaches children how to move around in a safe and fun way; learning to overcome obstacles through a variety of different techniques! Sessions run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays!
