I’m a local mum of two with over 10 years experience of personal training and teaching fitness classes. I’ve always been an avid gym goer but since having my two children have discovered even more so the importance of regular exercise on my health, fitness and more importantly my mental wellbeing! Regular exercise also helped me hugely with birth preparation and recovery. During my pregnancies and after I noticed a lack of specialised classes available in the Raynes park area! So, I’ve decided to take the plunge and set up my own business running pre and post natal classes in the area.
