We provide person-centred sessions, which contain a varied programme including music, movement, massage and relaxation.
We are fully inclusive and open to all ages and abilities including the autistic spectrum, learning difficulties and/or other complex needs.
Our sessions take place in our bespoke sensory rooms at the Wales Millennium Centre and are available in a group or 121 basis.
