Supportive, friendly, semi-private postnatal yoga classes with babies aimed at stretching, toning, strengthening and relaxing mothers through yoga sequences and breathing techniques which babies also enjoy. Toni is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching in London studios since 2012. Most mamas bring babies in slings or car seats but there is space for prams in the garden with rain covers.
Toni’s classes are great and really make a new mum feel good and stretched out. The level is also great for anyone who hasn’t done yoga before pregnancy. Highly recommended
I have always loved Toni’a classes. I’ve done them both pre and post natally. Her classes are so well thought out, challenging but safe and also fun. She’s warm and has a great sense of humour too. She’s one of my favourite London yoga teachers.
As a yoga novice, I found Toni’s post natal classes really encouraging, fun, calming, as well as pushing you a bit (within your ability) so you felt like you’d had a proper workout. Very patient with the little ones too! Would highly recommend giving her class a go!
