Tiny Toes Hitchin
Small, cosy classes in reflexology & baby massage help you communicate and connect with your baby.
Run by a fully qualified reflexologist.
Suitable for babies 4 weeks - crawling.
Learn gentle, effective techniques for colic, reflux, constipation, teething, coughs & colds and sleep.
Babies receive a reflexology treatment tailored to suit them while you enjoy tea & homemade cakes.
You will also be given weekly instructions to support the techniques at home.
The course runs for 4 weeks and each session lasts 1.5 hours.
Classes are based in Lower Stondon and Hitchin.

I highly recommend Tiny Toes Reflexology with Claire, her classes are intimate and welcoming (you even get tea and cake!) Claire is knowledgeable and breaks things down, giving practical examples that are easy to follow. My little one thoroughly enjoyed his treatment from Claire at the end of the session, he napped for record time afterwards. I look forward to using the techniques we learnt in every day life. We had a lovely session with Claire last week. The class was relaxed and informative and Claire made us feel very comfortable. I particularly liked that Claire also devoted some time to each baby so that every mum received some advice tailored to their baby's needs. Claire is very clear and her passion for reflexology is infectious. A great little class to do to help both babies and older children too! I definitely recommend Claire's classes.
We had a great baby reflexology session with Claire today. It was such a lovely relaxing environment, so interesting to find out the key points of the foot to help out with my little boy. Plus you get a hot cup of tea whilst the babies are having a treatment off Claire and tasty homemade cakes! I would highly recommend 😊
