Tiny Dancers Family Rave

Had to cart our buggy up huge flight of metal stairs to the ‘buggy park’ so thankfully hadn’t come alone. Then found that half the venue was shut off for refurbishment so the space to move around in was small and very, very busy. Toddler was knocked over, trodden on and hit in the face with large inflatables by older children as we all attempted to have a bit of a dance. Of course, this is to be expected to a extent but it was just too much. There was no where to sit at all or even begin to avoid the crush of the crowd. Having been to one the week before which was completely amazing, this was a real disappointment. Managed half an hour before cutting our losses and heading off.

No baby changing area

We had a great time, would love to attend again. However, the music was way too loud for my 15 month olds little ears and I believe it got louder as time went on. I did raise this with the door lady but all she says she could do was provide ear defenders. My little boy wouldn’t keep them on I’m afraid. I would have appreciated it if she had asked the DJ to turn it down. Surely there are safe volumes you have to legally adhere to, since you are servicing for children’s ears? (There were newborns there too). Other than this we had a great time but would want addresses before we considered attending again. It would be great to find out if this will be addressed please?
