Sarah is a fantastic Pilates teacher and her class was perfect for me after having a baby. I wanted to get back into exercise and it was great to attend a specific class so that I could exercise safely as well as work on strengthening my pelvic floor. My baby was well catered for too with lots of toys and playmats! It was lovely to be able to bring them along and not worry about childcare. Sarah instantly made me feel at ease and was great at focussing on the mums as well as including the little ones in the class. Would definitely recommend this to all new mums and babies! X
A lovely, supportive and relaxed class suitable for all abilities. It’s a great opportunity for mums who need to bring their babies with them as there is no pressure to keep them quiet, you can easily stop and feed or change them if needed, and the babies can join in with some of the exercises which my little girl really enjoyed!
