A drop-in postnatal peer support group for mums who are feeling low or are worried about their mental health since having a baby. You don't need to have had a diagnosis of any kind and you don't need a referral - our ethos is about being open and honest about your experience of motherhood, without judgement. Becoming a mum can be overwhelming, and it's easy to feel isolated and anxious. Don't suffer in silence - The Motherkind Café is a safe space where you can come and be honest about how you are feeling. We run drop-in sessions on Friday mornings.
