MINDFUL MENTORS equip children with techniques and coping strategies to enable them to effectively manage challenging situations including pre-exam stress. MINDFUL MENTORS offer tailor made holistic tutoring & mindfulness sessions in and outside of schools(ages 5-11)
These sessions provide children with tools to:
- Increase working memory
- Increase concentration
- Build self - esteem towards learning
- Decrease feelings of anxiety
- Achieve the best possible learning outcome for the individual
The workshops practise mindfulness using breathing techniques, arts and crafts and body movement.
