The Make Spot

The Make Spot is a sewing studio and creative space in Portskewett near the border of Wales and England. Specialising in sewing and craft parties, workshops and events, we offer a warm and friendly studio environment to teach and inspire. We bring traditional techniques and methods to a fresh and modern style.

We offer creative after-school activities as an alternative to after-school club, as well as scheduled classes for more structured learning of sewing as a valuable life skill. Everything we do is centered around creativity and enabling people of all ages to bring their individuality to life.
