We offer women only indoor and outdoor group fitness sessions. We love motivating and inspiring women to be fit, strong, confident, healthy and happy. We focus on Pre and Postnatal and FIIT Training (Female Intensive Interval Training). Mums are welcome to bring their babies and toddlers along to the class. We set up an area with toys for them to play with and if you book in advance we can provide a babysitter which means you can focus solely on your workout.
