Music, Dance & Drama
Emily Plumtree founded The Arts Place in 2015. She currently runs the after-school Drama Club programmes at a number of London schools. Emily trained as an actor at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and has worked as an actor for The National Theatre, The Royal Shakespeare Company and most recently leading The Mousetrap in London's West End. She is passionate about building children's confidence through drama, helping them to find their voices and express themselves.
Millie trained as an actor at ArtsEd in Chiswick and recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Acting. She has just finished filming for the BBC. Millie has a real passion for teaching drama, supporting and nurturing children. The creativity and exploration that the children discover at The Arts Place inspires her like no other. She loves watching children’s confidence blossom through the drama activities.
Sophie Bryant is a Reception teacher, with eight years' experience in Early Years. She has a BA (Hons) in Early Years Education from Buckinghamshire New University. She is a master baker and crafter and loves sharing her skills with The Arts Place Campers, helping them to make something crafty to take home every day!
