Learn Tai Chi with your baby or child by your side. You will learn and practise the basic movements of Tai Chi and have a chance to explore how these could enhance your health, wellbeing and also improves balance. The slow and gentle movements encourage the body to stretch, improve flexibility and maintain positivity. The moves are natural and can be taught while carrying a small baby in your arms, wrap or sling, or just allowing them to play on the floor. Babies and young children can also benefit greatly from the experience of Tai Chi through their parents.
