Swoove With Amy

Swoove means to Sing, Whoop and Move - it's a sing-a-long exercise class which is lots of fun! Swoove Mini is an exercise class for parents / carers where they can bring their 0-4 year old along too! Classes are very relaxed and children are free to watch, play or join in depending on their age and preferences.

Classes are suitable for all abilities and will make you hot and happy!
