Swindon Health Visiting service provides health advice and support for families from the antenatal period through to the child being 5 years old. On Hoop you will be able to find weaning groups and details of child health hubs.
Based on recent NHS advice for Covid 19 all Child Health Hubs are closed, for further information on the Health Visiting service www.swindon.gov.uk/healthvisitorservices
