Sweaty Mama classes are a fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love and bond to! Our classes are 45 minutes long, a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can utilise your child as a weight too!
You can gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child.
