I loved my Sweaty mama classes with Lowri (sadly going back to work has halted them now). I started after my second child and was completely out of shape but there were different levels for each track. The classes are a great work out and you can push yourself as hard as you want to. The songs are fun and routines are easy to follow. If you need to stop and feed or change your baby or child, then you can. Lowri is an amazing teacher. She is easy to follow and a great motivator. I've told every mum I've met about these classes. I cant praise them and Lowri enough. Dont delay book now and start your own sweaty journey.
Wonderful classes suitable for all levels from a fantastic instructor. Totally welcoming and fun for baby/child as well as Mum! These classes gave me back the chance to workout when I had no childcare alternatives, they motivated me to prioritise myself and my fitness more too!
