Swain Taekwon-Do

Swain Taekwon-Do teaches martial arts and life skills (such as stranger awareness, team work and self confidence) to children and adults aged 4 and over.

All our classes have a friendly, family focused atmosphere.

All our instructors undergo regular child safeguarding and first aid courses, as well as being committed to improving their own martial arts skills.

In these classes we cover the full International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) Syllabus. We break down the content into easier steps whilst including additional Taekwon-Do related games. We have a few additional belts and achievement trackers so they have something to aim for.
